Janice sat in her office with the door shut staring at her screen for a moment.

A current issue of Forbes magazine lists five tell-tale signs that a leader may have lost his or her edge:
- They are making bad decisions,
- They are becoming complacent,
- They are growing selfish,
- Their likeability factor is faltering
- They are no longer reinventing.
If reading this list makes you feel uncomfortable please contact Cause and Effective. We have partnered with many executives in similar situations to help them find what needs to be done.
The good news about leaders losing their edge is that it is possible to get it back!
At Cause and Effective we work with leaders to re-establish their leadership edge and to increase their levels of accomplishment. We will be pleased to assist you.
